The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, New York invites sealed bids from well reputed insurance companies for the insurance of its two buildings located at 8 East 65 Street and 47 East 92nd Street, New York.
Sealed bids/quotations may be addressed to “Head of Chancery, Permanent Mission of Pakistan to United Nations, New York 8 East 65th Street, NY 10065 should be received by 20 December 2019 at 1400 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, New York in front of all bidders. All the bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened.
The Mission reserves the right to accept or reject the proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of bids/proposal. The Mission could provide the grounds for the rejection of the bid or proposal to the relevant company upon request.
