Tender Invitation for Repair/Renovation work and Refurbishment of Blue Room at Second floor of Pakistan House located at 8 East, 65 Street New York, NY 10065

The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to United Nations, New York invites tenders from reputable General Contractors for following Repairs/Renovation and Refurbishment of Blue Room at above mentioned building.

Repair/Renovation work:

• Remove peeling off/damaged plaster from ceiling and walls using scraper tools
• Apply fresh plaster on damaged ceiling and walls as needed
• Finish will be smooth as required
• Apply one coat water-based primer using hand roller
• Apply one coat water-based interior paint (Sammy Gloss) using hand roller.
• Apply golden/antique oil-based paint on ceiling medallion decorative using x-small brush
• Floor cover with plastic tarp
• Floor renovation and polishing

Refurbishment work:

• Renovation of the antique desk
• Provision of appropriate sofa set, Accent Chairs, Center table & side tables, standing lamps and side lamps.
• Installation of new curtains

Sealed bid/tender addressed to “Head of Chancery, Permanent Mission of Pakistan to United Nations, 8 East, 65th Street, NY 10065 by 23 September 2021 at 1600 hrs. The bids will be opened at the Mission on 23 September 2021 at 1600 hrs in front of all bidders. All bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened.

Interested companies can visit the Blue Room during weekdays with prior appointment for inspection with detailed scope of work.
