Provision of Air Tickets

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed Agencies/Firms having IATA membership for supply of air tickets from Lahore to New York and back in August 2017.

Interested companies that have a prior experience of at least five years are requested to send their proposals to Head of Chancery, Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, 8-East 65th Street, New York 10065 latest by July 21, 2017. The proposals should also include:

  • Name of Company/Proprietor with address, phone/mobile No. Fax/E-mail, previous experience, current list of clients, ability to provide round the clock service, anywhere (offices/links overseas).
  • Cost of domestic and overseas (destinations in Pakistan) tickets. Normal fare, promotional fare (both Economy and Business Class). Discount offered on basic air fare on different airlines during high and off seasons.

    • Tenders will be opened at the Permanent Mission on 21 July 2017 at 1600 hrs in front of all bidders or their authorized agents in New York. The bids will be accepted or rejected as per PPRA rules.
