The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations New York invites bids/tenders from well reputed general contractors for the replacement of sewerage system of Embassy residence located at 47 East, 92nd Street New York, NY 10128.
Onsite inspection is available on all working days between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with prior appointment. Sealed bids addressed to the Head of Chancery, 8 East 65th Street, New York, NY 10065 should be received by 12 July, 2018 at 1200hrs. The bids will be opened at Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, New York (8 East, 65 Street, New York, NY 10065) on the same date i. e. 12 July 2018 at 1600hrs in front of all bidders. All bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened. The Mission may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.
The Mission reserves the right to accept or reject the proposal. The Mission could provide the grounds for the rejection of the bid or proposal, to the relevant contractor, upon request. Appointment may be made on telephone No. 212-879-8600/128.
