The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to United Nations, New York invites tenders from reputable furniture companies to purchase following furniture for the residence of an officer of the Mission.
Sealed bids addressed to the Head of Chancery, 8 East 65th Street, New York, NY 10065 should be received by 10 December 2018 at 1200 hours. The bids will be opened at Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, New York (8 East 65th Street, New York, NY 10065) in front of the all bidders. All bids submitted after the time prescribed shall be rejected and returned without being opened. The Mission may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.
The Mission reserves the right to accept or reject the proposal. The Mission could provide the grounds for the rejection of the bid or proposal to the relevant company upon request.
