Pakistan Mission to United Nations

Sealed tenders are invited from reputable restaurants/caterers for supply of fresh Halal Pakistani/Western Cuisines, as per following criteria:

• Name of Restaurant/Caterer with address, phone/mobile No. Fax/E-mail, previous experience, current list of clients, ability to provide.
• Normal charges per person, detailed menu, cost of nicely packed lunch box and discount offered on basic cost etc.

Interested Restaurants/Caterers can obtain the bidding documents and detailed specifications/requirements from the Permanent Mission during the working hours.

The offers contained in a sealed envelope marked, addressed to “Head of Chancery”, must reach by hand or mail at the Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, 8 East, 65th Street, New York, NY 10065 by 10 October 2017 at 1200 hrs.

Tenders will be opened at the Permanent Mission on 10 October 2017 at 1600 hrs in front of all bidders or their authorized agents. The bids will be accepted or rejected as per PPRA rules.
