Pakistan Mission to United Nations

The Permanent Mission of Pakistan to United Nations, New York invites Sealed tenders from reputed companies who have at least 5-7 year experience in supply/provision of items/services as per detail:

• From reputable Car Rental companies for hiring of Transport within New York City.
• IT/Telecommunication companies for installation of telephones, including hotline and internet service in hotel.
• Office supplies and equipment Companies/Firms for hiring/installation/removal of Computers with Monitors/Printers/Heavy duty Printers/Photo Copying machine etc.
• Restaurants/Caterers for supply of fresh Halal Cuisine.

Interested companies that have a prior experience of at least 5-7 years are requested to send their proposals to Head of Chancery, Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations, 08 East 65th Street, New York 10065 latest by September 04, 2017.

Tenders will be opened at the Permanent Mission on 05 September 2017 at 1500 hrs in front of all bidders or their authorized agents in New York. The bids will be accepted or rejected as per PPRA rules.
