PRIME MINISTER’S SPECIAL FUND FOR VICTIMS OF TERRORISM

The Government of Pakistan has established a fund namely "Prime Minister’s Special Fund for Victims of Terrorism". All proceeds on account of the fund will be received at all branches of State Bank of Pakistan, all Treasuries and all branches of National Bank of Pakistan and all branches of all other scheduled banks. The Fund may receive donations from both domestic and international donors. The contributions from abroad will be received at all the branches of the aforesaid banks and in foreign countries where branches of these banks do not exist, contributions will be received at Pakistan Missions.

  1. All proceeds received in the name of the fund will be credited to the public account of the Federal Government under following head of account:
    • G 12 Special Relief Deposit Fund
    • G 121 Relief Funds
    • G.12135 Prime Minister’s Special Fund for Victims of Terrorism

  1. Cash donations are preferable to assistance in kind. However, the following medicines can be sent:
    • ORS
    • IV Fluids
    • Seprran
    • Amoxil
    • Paracetamol (tablest and syrups)
    • Flagyl
    • Mosquito repellants
    • Anti scabies creams
  1. As the summer has already set in, warm clothings or woolen blankets are no required.
  2. It also needs to be mentioned that while the consigenee will make arrangements for customs clearance etc. at both Islamabad (for air cargo) or Karachi (for sea shipment), freight from the place of origin and destination will be borne by the consignor.
  3. Medical teams to set up makeshift field hospitals are urgently requuired and are particularly welcome.
